As a SaaS B2B software business, Cleo requires the ability to market to their customers through email campaigns so that they can track their performance through to attribution in pipeline. Cleo needed a partner that could handle marketing through to accounting process.


Salesforce Pardot was configured to send marketing automation emails to their prospects and customers, as well sync this data bi-directionally with Oracle NetSuite through Plative’s Pardot to NetSuite connector. From there, Plative and Cleo have enjoyed a longstanding partnership spanning marketing, CRM, and ERP solutions.


Cleo has retained Plative as an extension of their internal technology team for years. This relationship has produced outcomes in contract/subscription management within NetSuite as well as an automated renewals system powered by NetSuite automation.
