Challenges
Cohen & Co was experiencing major issues with an outdated Sage ERP system that was on-premise & was causing them major delays when they tried to close their books every month. They needed a system that would be agile enough for their evolving business model & had an open API that could easily integrate with SFDC & STAR PDM systems.
Solution
Plative configured and implemented NetSuite’s SuiteSuccess Services SKU + Fixed Asset Management. Plative also set up Dell Boomi with a local atom & configured an integration between NetSuite, Salesforce & STAR PDM.
Outcomes
Cohen & Co went live in 5 months and hit their go-live target. With the integration in place, the lead to cash to project is now completely automated. Month end close has moved from 22 business days to 5 business days with NetSuite’s month end close checklist.
