Gemdale USA Corporation is a real estate investment and development company headquartered in Pasadena, California. Gemdale USA develops office, multifamily rental and for-sale residential projects, either stand alone or mixed-use with retail.

Challenges

Gemdale engaged with Plative to fundamentally change the way they manage acquisitions, leasing, development, reporting, and data consolidation. They struggled with consolidation of data across the entire organization.

Solution

Plative implemented Salesforce, Milestones PM+, Tableau CRM. To complement this, Plative also integrated Sage 300 and Yardi Voyager data.

Outcomes

After the implementation Gemdale is now able to manage all processes in one system. Sage 300 and Yardi Voyager data allow for a comprehensive understanding of budgeting and forecasting per development/asset. Gemdale now has a single source of truth within their organization.
