ITW had multiple technologies in place which were old and outdated systems. They had manual processes in place with no standardized quoting and using Excel Spreadsheets with macros causing lengthy quote lead time. There were also discrepancies between QAD and Excel for configure to order BOM. ITW was also suffering from Complex bespoke configurations and limited forecasting visibility and existing partner portal was built on Sharepoint.
Plative implemented CPQ to standardize the quoting process and implemented Experience Cloud for their partner portal to replace Sharepoint. An integration between NetSuite and Salesforce was also completed by Plative.
CPQ enabled for Experience Cloud to allow partners to quote. The quoting process was made faster and more efficient. Multiple technologies were connected seamlessly allowing for a single source of truth within the organization.
