Kantata (formely known as Mavenlink) provides team’s expenses and invoices to the tasks they impact in real-time. The accounting feature provides timesheets and expense reports.

Business Case

Kantata was using NetSuite as a robust GL system. They had revenue recognition & billing in Zuora, project management in Kantata, and sales contracts in Salesforce with zero ability to connect the 4 systems. Their Largest issue was tracking revenue in compliance with ASC606 standards and tracking their deferred project revenue.


Plative removed Zoura & Implemented NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module. Customized specific billing reports were also built into their systems. Plative also assisted by adding Salesforce CPQ & Salesforce CPQ billing solution in order to bill customers from Salesforce. A configuration with a point to point integration between Kantata, NetSuite & Salesforce CPQ was also created.
