Business Case

MioVision Signed a strategic channel partnership with Telus that required a rapid deployment of new processes, and functionality through their Salesforce Partner Community. SnapLogic integrations between Salesforce, Netsuite, and their core Product (on AWS) were not optimized to support usage based billing.

Solution

Plative configured and optimized Salesforce CPQ, Partner Community, Avalara AvaTax, Advanced Approvals, Conga Composer, Service Cloud Cases, usage based billing, and Project Module in Salesforce. A Netsuite to Salesforce and TrafficLink integration to support usage based billing was also created by Plative.

Outcomes

MioVision gained access to Complete visibility into sales, financials, projects & all necessary SaaS metrics which was the goal for Miovision from the start. The MioVision team is also utilizing Plative’s on-going services via their second “Alliance Plan” in order to have the Plative team continually optimize both NetSuite & Salesforce CPQ.
