Teaching Strategies had 3 different revenue streams (Print, SaaS, Training Sessions) which created a ton of downstream issues when they tried to sell clients bundles. They were also using Salesforce CPQ and needed a financial system that could integrate with Salesforce CPQ. Teaching Strategies needed a partner that understood both systems and how to integrate them.


Plative configured and implemented NetSuiteā€™s SuiteSuccess SW Standard + ARM, Fixed Assets to automate the billing & revenue recognition process in compliance with ASC606. Plative also configured an Integration between Salesforce CPQ & NetSuite leveraging Dell Boomi.


Plative was able to get Teaching Strategies live before their fiscal year end & prior to their audit. Teaching Strategies is closing the month in less than 3 days vs 15 days on previous system. Their entire lead to cash process is now automated as they continue to look at adding new products.
