New York City, January 8, 2026 — Plative, a North-America based CRM, ERP, Data and AI transformation firm, today announced that Miftah Khan, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Miftah has been with Plative for 5 years, first joining as the company’s head of Professional Services before stepping into the role of COO.
Miftah brings more than 30 years of experience leading technology and digital transformation initiatives. He originally joined Plative from Bank of America, where he most recently served as Chief Information Officer of Corporate Audit and Internal Technology. Before that, Miftah had a 10-year career at Thomson Reuters, where he most recently served as the Global Head of Trading Compliance & Regulatory Disclosures Business.
As CEO, Miftah will lead Plative’s global team spanning North America, LatAm, and Asia, focusing on driving the next phase of growth and delivering practical innovation to the company’s customers in digital transformation, data, and AI. Miftah will work closely with Plative’s executive leadership team, including Chief Financial Officer, Alex Greco and Chief Revenue Officer, Greg DelGenio, to continue advancing the company’s mission of empowering clients through transformative solutions.
