What do you do at Plative?
I am part of the PMO team, where I lead NetSuite staffing and manage initiatives focused on practice development and operational efficiency.
What’s your favorite thing to do where you currently live?
I love hiking, and one of the best perks of working from home is having more time to spend with my family. I often take my daughter out for hikes in the beautiful green areas around us. I make it a priority to carve out time for these moments because I want her to enjoy the outdoors and cherish these experiences together.
What would you do if you didn’t choose your career path?
If I hadn’t chosen my current career, I think I would have gone into the travel and tourism industry. I love exploring new places, and working in that field would let me travel while building a career. It sounds like a fun way to combine my passion for travel with my work!
What is your most unusual or hidden talent?
One of my hidden talents is music production. As I used to play in a band, I can record and produce songs at home. While my setup isn’t as professional as a studio, I have the equipment and some knowledge of the software to create decent recordings. If anyone is interested in getting something done for free, I’d be happy to help them with home production!
