The Journey: What is Ascend?
Ascend is a 3-month immersive “climb” designed to turn high-potential graduates into world-class consultants. You won’t navigate this terrain alone, you’ll be guided by seasoned mentors through four core stages:
- Technical Deep Dive: Master the technical landscape of Salesforce CRM or Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- The Consultant’s Toolkit: Acquire the behavioral competencies and methodology needed to lead in the boardroom.
- The Network: Gain direct access to Plative’s leadership team to map out a career path that reaches your personal summit.
- The Transition: Upon reaching the summit of the program, you’ll move into active projects, solving real-world challenges for our global clients.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Requirements Analysis: Lead structured workshops to translate client challenges into actionable solution specifications.
- Platform Implementation: Execute hands-on configuration within Salesforce or NetSuite to optimize client environments.
- Strategic Advisory: Function as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on platform best practices and long-term technical strategy.
- Client Enablement: Develop and deliver customized training sessions to empower end-users and ensure successful system adoption.
The Profile: Who Flourishes Here
- The Communicator: You can explain complex technical peaks to a CEO as easily as to a beginner.
- The Learner: A recent Business or Tech grad who is always looking for the next ridge to cross.
- The Advocate: Client-obsessed and driven to help our partners win.
- The Organizer: Possess the rock-solid time-management skills of a project manager.
Bonus Points:
Exposure to accounting, finance, or CRM/ERP systems.
Business fluency in a second language.
Proven leadership experience (clubs, sports, or volunteer groups).
