Our Year In Review | 2020

Here at Plative, the celebration that occurs when achieving an important objective or milestone is often short-lived before we’re back to putting our heads down to focus on completing the next one. This is part of our culture of driving for results and tends to be embedded in our people’s mindset. This can be a productive mechanism to help us achieve and exceed our goals, but it also can hamper our ability to pause and reflect which can rob us of the well-deserved feeling of accomplishment and success that all of our team members truly deserve.

With 2020 coming to a close, I wanted to take this opportunity to share an excerpt from an email Naushad sent to the company that shares a few of our accomplishments that we’re most proud of because they embody our core values here at Plative.

Customer Vision

We never lost our “true north” which is making a global impact by increasing the performance of our innovative customers like HoverNational Gaucher Foundation, The Positivity Project, Veritas Wealth ManagementSECU Credit Union, Vorum, and SO many more!


To each other and to our communities. We banned together to fearlessly condemn injustice and turned this into action by starting internally and creating a V2MOM along with a roadmap to set the standard for our ecosystem on relentlessly building an inclusive and equitable culture.


For our work. This year, our people were hard at work innovating to bring amazing solutions to our clients like our Slack to Salesforce integration, Alliance ProgramAnalytics breakthroughsindustry-specific acceleratorsdata integration best practicesCRM/ERP best practices, and much more!


While there were ample scenarios of dependability demonstrated by our group, I want to take this opportunity to recognize the absolutely herculean effort demonstrated by our HR and Finance teams. In only the last 60-days, we hired and onboarded 16 new hires and contractors to support our ever-expanding pipeline of engagements, while keeping cash collection to an average of 16 days and as a result, we were able to pay early bonuses to everyone.

Work Ethic

Our goals this year were not easily-achievable, and I’m incredibly proud of the performance that we achieved through sheer determination and resilience. Our AMAZING delivery team has enabled us to achieve an average CSAT score of 9.0 YTD with an NPS score of 56.25 (well above professional services industry standard) among 285 go-lives! All the while, our sales team has delivered a 30% year-over-year growth rate for new business sales. We’ve been recognized as a top-performing partner and have secured relationships with innovative and globally recognized clients across small and middle-market to enterprise sectors!

Bring on 2021

It’s no secret to our people here at Plative that our ambition is to continue on our trajectory of becoming a globally-recognized leader in digital innovation professional services. In our upcoming all-hands, we will share our top objectives for 2021 which will help us achieve our next milestones and all of our people’s roles within the plan.
